Dr. Geetha A.Rubasundram is a Chartered Accountant (MIA) and Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA). She obtained her PhD in Accounting & Taxation with a scope in Governance, Corruption and Sustainability (focused on firms that have embarked on Integrated Reporting) from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia and a MSC in Auditing, Management Accounting & Information Systems from Skema Business School, France.

She is Director – Governance and Sustainability with Advicecube Bahrain as well as a Member of the Board of Directors with the International Society of Criminology. She has 25 years of international corporate experience and has worked with international entities in Europe, Middle East and Asia covering industries such as Information Technology, Renewable Energy, Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Real Estate, Community Management, Facilities Management, Utility Management etc. She consults, trains and lectures internationally in the areas of Forensic Accounting (including investigations and being an Expert Witness), Cybercrime, Internal Controls, Governance, Fraud Risk Assessment, Corporate Reporting, Integrated Reporting, Sustainability (ESG included) and Strategic Management Accounting and has been featured in many international platforms. Her non-profit affiliations include Exco - Federation of Malaysian Sri Lankan Organisations (FOMSO), representative of FOMSO in National Council of Women’s Organisations (NCWO) Malaysia and Treasurer with Transparency International Malaysia.
