Mo Chang is passionate about conversations on climate, disaster, and resilience. As a project management professional, he’s exploring the intersections of strategy, consulting, and innovation, enjoying work that supports sustainable development.

With training in Prehospital, Disaster, and Wilderness Medicine, Mo Chang is building experience focused on integrating equity and justice into public policies that promote health. His work spans remote, rural, and humanitarian settings, with a strong emphasis on addressing social determinants of health and strengthening systems.

He also has specific experience in life course health and reproduction, leading efforts to improve public health outcomes through field programs, policy development, research, and advising.
