Prof M Nazri Muhd is an internationally recognised figure and recipient of multiple prestigious awards in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Predictive Analytics, and Digital Transformation, with more than 25 years of distinguished experience spanning leading financial institutions in the United States and Europe, a major international credit rating agency, and various technology companies across Asia. His career has been defined by the ability to translate complex technologies into tangible value—shaping industry standards, strengthening market stability, and fostering data-driven decision-making across global operations.
As Chief AI Architect & Advisor for the AIDT Lab at KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific, Nazri leads AI strategy and digital transformation across Asia-Pacific. He designs customisable AI solutions and platforms, develops curricula in Applied AI with Design Thinking, and crafts transformation strategies for KSI’s stakeholders comprising governments, enterprises, SMEs, academia, and NGOs — building frameworks and partnerships to deliver measurable economic, social, and operational impact. For more than twenty years, Nazri has led more than 1,000 digital transformation initiatives through University-Industry Collaboration programmes as well as AI and Design Thinking initiatives, fundamentally transforming how organisations innovate and operate. His leadership has enabled public sector agencies, private enterprises, and non-profit organisations to redesign operating models, establish robust assessment frameworks, and achieve measurable improvements in efficiency, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
The depth and breadth of his transformational impact have earned Prof M Nazri Muhd numerous international accolades. He received the World AI Impact Leadership Award 2025 and the World Muslim Outstanding Entrepreneur Award 2025 from the KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific.
