2021 National Education and Learning Summit

2020 has been a far from an ideal year in many respects, but more so for education, as the pandemic has brought about untold amounts of disruption for students. Examinations have been postponed or outright cancelled at all levels of education. Students would have been left in limbo if were not for the technological advantages at their disposal. However, this advantage has not been universally accessible for those without internet connectivity and the right equipment, and in doing so threatens to further increase disparities between the lower-income groups and those in the middle-income. Yet, solutions to reduce gaps in education and making education more accessible can be found intechnology, even without COVID-19.

The 2021 National Education and Learning Summit is a pivotal event to discuss ways forward for education in a COVID-19 wrecked global environment. Experts will deliberate the challenges faced and opportunities ahead in preparing our young to meet the demands of the post-COVID-19 market. The Summit brings together educationalists, policy makers, leaders of industry, and experts in the area of education to discuss key emerging themes to pave the way forward in an attempt to transform Malaysian education to one of world-class quality.
