The Malaysian Housing and Property Summit is an annual high-level Forum organized annually to take stock of the state of the Housing and Property Industry each year. It is a meeting of minds among all key stakeholders – Government officials, Housing and Property developers, property consultants, building materials manufacturers and suppliers and property professionals – architects, engineers, planners and surveyors to evaluate the strategic challenges, key issues and trends impacting on the Housing and Property industry. Participants will be able to feel the pulse of the industry and the tempo of development.

Over the past two years, the global Pandemic has impacted on the Housing and Property industry. With the country now moving into Phase 4 of the National Recovery Plan the sector is recovering in tandem with national economic recovery. What more must be done to revitalize the Malaysian Housing and Property industry? What more can the Government do to assist the recovery in the Housing and Property sector? What can the industry do to build back better? 2022 is the year for reset, recovery and resilience.

The Summit will enable participants to exchange ideas and share information and insights on how to build back better in the new normal. New strategies and new ideas are needed. Digitalization and sustainability will drive the future of this sector. This Summit will enable participants to take stock of the changing market, changing trends in order to build back better.
