Asia Independent Directors Conference - THE FUTURE ASIA BOARDROOM is convened at a moment of genuine urgency for board leadership in Malaysia and Asia. Independent directors are being asked to oversee artificial intelligence, mandatory climate disclosure, geopolitical risk and stakeholder accountability, issues that were not part of most directors’ original training or appointment brief.
