The Founder & President, Prof. Dr. Kenneth Quah has over 24 years of experience in Higher Education Industry in international education development, teaching, recruitment, training, and managing students. He has more than 20 years of marketing experience in diverse countries such as China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea, Mongolia, Iran, Africa Region, South Asia Region & Middle Eastern countries. He has lived in Beijing for over 11 years and travelled to more than 150 cities in China while managing over 200 student recruitment agencies. Since then, he has recruited more than 10,000 international students to Malaysia. He has had enormous success in building international relations, university collaborations, and franchises in Asia. His long-standing career throughout these years and passion for education have inspired him to set a goal in promoting student education internationally across Asia.

Apart from collaboration with universities, Prof. Dr Quah has also established offices in USM and UKM to assist the international students sent to the universities. There are future plans to establish offices in UM, UPM, UMK, MMU, Limkokwing China, Binary University, UNIRAZAK, UNIMAP, UUM, UMS, ASWARA, AIMST and IEG.

He has also invested his time and resources for more research to develop metaverse technology in education. In the near future, it can be foreseen that teaching and learning would be held in the metaverse. As such, the Metaverse University LLC was established in the United States in January 2022 to deliver education in metaverse. This direction was proven right when the company was recognised as the First Metaverse Universities Campus in Malaysia by The National ICT Association of Malaysia (PIKOM). Prof. Dr Quah and his companies has been leading the way in Malaysia to promote teaching and learning in education. This is just the start as he’s keen to explore more in metaverse technology to advance the education system in Malaysia.

In terms of community work, he was also appointed as the Vice President (Malaysia) of United Nation Sustainable Development Goals Project 2030 (#SDG Action 30828 “1000 Children’s Library Project in Poor Area in Asia”) on 6th September 2019. During the Covid19 pandemic in 2020, he initiated a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaign whereby donations were made through his restaurant, Cili Panda. Following the Bendera Putih campaign in Malaysia during the pandemic, meal donations were made for one month for both lunch and dinner. In 2022, he has made commitment to provide scholarships to 10,000 B40 students under the Ri-Yaz College’s “Rebirth Scholarship” in collabo ration with Yayasan Pendidikan Malaysia (YPM), amounting to RM100 million over 5 years.
