Assoc. Prof. Dr. Asrulnizam Bin Abd Manaf

DR. ASRULNIZAM BIN ABD MANAF (SM’ 18) is associate professor and director at Collaborative Microelectronic Design Excellence Center (CEDEC), University Sains Malaysia. He is a leader of the CMOS based sensing interface integrated circuitry (IC) and power management unit IC, Lab on printed circuit board (LoPCB) and printable-based devices technology group at CEDEC. He received B.Eng and M.Eng degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Toyohashi University of Technology, Japan in 2001 and 2005, respectively. In 2009, he completed his Ph.D in Engineering from Department of Applied Physic and Physico Informatics, School of Fundamental Science and Technology, Keio University Japan. He has authored and co-authored more than 90 international technical journal and conference papers with hold 2 patens. His research interest has been in the areas of analog integrated circuitry, Lab on printed circuit board and printed stretchable electronic sensing system.

He received IETE J C Bose Memorial Award (2017) for the best engineering-oriented paper. He is also senior member of IEEE and Chair for IEEE Sensors and Nanotechnology Council Malaysia Joint Chapter.
