Dato’ Shahira Ahmed Bazari

DATO’ SHAHIRA AHMED BAZARI rejoined Khazanah in July 2024, following her
tenure as the founding Managing Director of Yayasan Hasanah from 2015 to 2024.
Previously, she was with Khazanah from 2006 to 2015, where her last role was as
Director in the Managing Director’s Office, overseeing Strategic Communications
and Corporate Responsibility. She also served at an MNC (FMCG sector) and a
national think tank prior to joining Khazanah in 2006.
Dato’ Shahira brings over 26 years of expertise as a strategic advisor in
sustainability and ESG, venture philanthropy, social financing, stakeholder
engagement, public-private partnerships, and strategic communications. She holds
trustee and board positions in various Malaysian organisations and contributes to
global philanthropic networks and national councils.
