DR. BIMAL ROY BHANU is a serial entrepreneur and AI innovator with over 25 years’ professional experience spanning both the public and private sectors.
He is best known as co-founder of Audit XPRT Ltd, a start-up he built into a global operation delivering AI solutions for audit and compliance, now deployed across Big 4 firms from the UK to South-East Asia and the Americas.
Audit XPRT was acquired by a UK PLC in late 2021.
Prior to this, Dr. Bimal co-founded Eduworks UK, a cutting-edge AI software company partnering with global blue-chip organisations.
He is also the co-founder of ESG Disclose, supporting organisations with sustainability reporting and IFRS S1/S2 disclosure readiness.
Dr. Bimal currently serves as Senior Advisor to 27 Digital, the digital transformation practice of 27 Advisory, where he supports clients navigating AI adoption, compliance innovation, and ESG-driven transformation.
