Dr. Noor Amy Ismail is an innovative C-suite leader, impact strategist, and advocate for spiritually grounded women’s empowerment. With a vibrant career spanning leadership roles in government-linked companies, venture capital, and Islamic fintech, she currently serves as a Board Director of Wahed, the world’s leading Islamic fintech platform. She also sits on the Board of MyImpact Alliance, chaired by Khazanah Nasional. She plays a vital role in shaping inclusive investment ecosystems. She is an Honorary Advisor to IKIM (Institut Kefahaman Islam Malaysia) Media Centre.

A three-time world major marathon finisher (and the 8th marathoner overall), she completed her doctorate in digital adoption among Malaysian SMEs and startups while actively leading national policy initiatives.
