Dr. Teh Su Thye

A medical professional turned social leader, Dr. Teh Su Thye is highly passionate in making a positive impact in the world. At the age of 26, he made the bold decision to leave his medical career to pursue his calling in the social sector, dedicating his time to social work with various organizations.

Dr. Teh has over 20 years of experience in the social sector working with at-risk youth, children and disadvantaged communities particularly the indigenous people. He has played a pivotal role in developing programs that address critical issues such as poverty, access to clean water and sanitation, literacy for children, regenerative farming and rural electrification.

As a passionate advocate for social impact programming, Dr. Teh remains committed to promoting poverty eradication initiatives, education for all, sustainable farming practices and ESG partnerships. Through his work, Dr. Teh has demonstrated a deep understanding of the complexities of social issues and has been successful in developing effective strategies to address them.

Dr. Teh currently holds leadership at the Global Peace Foundation (Malaysia) as the Chief Executive Officer.
