H.E. Dr. Sok Siphana

On 22 August 2023, for the 7th mandate of the Royal Government of Cambodia, Dr Sok Siphana was appointed as a full-fledged cabinet member as Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs). In addition to his portfolio as Senior Minister, he was appointed as the 1st Vice-Chair of the Council of Legal Reform in March 2024, and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board in April. In May 2024, he began chairing the Committee on the Promotion of Resolutions of Private Sector Issues, which is attached to the Cabinet of the Prime Minister. In June 2025, he was appointed as the Vice-Chairman of Legal Affairs Working Group of the Committee on the Preparation of Documents in Filing a Case with the International Court of Justice (ICJ) concerning the Mum Bei Area, Ta Moan Thom Temple, Ta Moan Toch Temple, and Ta Krabei Temple, and that same month, he was also appointed as Chairman of the Cambodia Working Group Study on the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).
