Knowledgeable in with attitude and exceptional understanding of the TVET administration at large. Experienced in managing TVET activities both at training centers as well as at centralize agency includes Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Advanced Technology Training Center (ADTEC) and The Department of Skills Development (DSD). Offering strong decision-making skills and the ability to work effectively with industry, stakeholders and training providers. Despite experienced in managing training center, there’s another experience in handling and managing National Occupational Skills Standard development. For five years of experience as a director of Department of Skills Development (DSD) Regional office, my responsibility is focused on office and finance related management as well as managing and coordinating Malaysia Skills Certification System particularly National Dual Training System (NDTS). From January 2022 to September 2022, I was responsible in assisting Division Director in leading Accreditation Division in planning and spear heading skills program accreditation nation-wide and continue as Director of NOSS Division until April 2023. Currently, I being appointed as Director of ADTEC Jerantut since April 2023.

EXPERIENCE

DIRECTOR AT ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY TRAINING CENTER (ADTEC) JERANTUT April 2023 – current

 

1. Responsible on administration and human resources services

  1. Plan and control annual budget for operating expenditure.
  2. Plan and manage training program to abide accreditation requirements.
  3. Establish strategic alliance and collaboration with industries and stakeholders.
  4. Plan and establish TVET promotional activities to public and stakeholders.
  5. Plan development activities for employee and infrastructure.
  6. Responsible on student management activities include student enrolment, curriculum development as well as co-curriculum activities.

DIRECTOR AT DEPARTMENT OF SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (OCCUPATIONAL STANDARD AND TVET

CURICULUM DIVISION) : September 2022 – April 2023

  1. Responsible on Occupational Standard (NOSS) and Curriculum development includes instructional material and question bank based on industrial needs.
  2. Plan and coordinate procurement for NOSS and curriculum development.
  3. Establish networking with industries and stakeholders.
  4. Responsible on planning for Occupational Framework (OF) research and development.
  5. Organize and coordinate facilitator training program for NOSS, curriculum and OF development.
  6. Manage and coordinate development of online system for NOSS development. and compilation.
