Mr. Felix M. Sutter

Felix Martin Sutter is a Swiss business leader, trusted advisor, and internationally experienced moderator with more than four decades of professional experience spanning Europe and Asia. He is widely recognized for his ability to bridge cultures, build high-performing leadership teams, and foster sustainable cross-border collaboration between Western and Asian markets.

Felix began his corporate career in 1981 in the insurance industry before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Switzerland in 1995. Over the course of more than 19 years as a Partner at PwC, he advised multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, and public institutions on strategy, governance, and transformation.

His work took him across the globe, including five years based in Beijing and two years in Singapore, where he collaborated closely with domestic and international clients operating in some of the world’s fastest- growing economies. These assignments provided him with deep, hands-on insight into Asian markets, particularly China, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

With over 20 years of experience in promoting collaboration between Europe and Asia, Felix has built a strong reputation as a cross-cultural leader and relationship builder. From 2015 to June 2024, he served as President of the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce (SCCC), where he successfully repositioned the organization and restructured its Board to ensure long-term relevance and impact for its members.

Felix is also a highly regarded moderator and thought partner at top-level international forums. Since 2013, he has moderated the exclusive CEO Event of the Cantons of Grisons and Zurich at the World Economic Forum (WEF). In close coordination with cantonal and federal authorities, he curates the event themes and selects speakers, with programs regularly featuring global business leaders and Nobel Prize laureates. His moderation style is consistently rated as outstanding by participants.In academia, Felix was appointed in 2017 as one of only three Visiting Leaders at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai, a role he held until 2024. He also lectured MBA and EMBA participants on consulting skills, leadership, and cross-cultural effectiveness.

Beyond his advisory work, Felix has held multiple leadership and board roles across Europe and Asia, including with Selion Global in Singapore and as Senior Advisor to Montreux Jazz Festival China. In 2025, he founded Just Marine Solutions, reflecting his entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation.

A Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) resident since 2017, Felix spends significant time in Malaysia and brings a uniquely grounded, bicultural perspective to discussions on leadership, trust, and collaboration in a globalized world.
