Under the leadership of George, Innov8tif has progressed from a self-funded enterprise software technology start-up into a sustainable business which expanded its footprint from its home ground in Kuala Lumpur to Indonesia, Singapore and across Southeast Asia. Prior to founding Innov8tif, George was the Sales Director of The Media Shoppe Bhd – a public-listed software company in Malaysia, and the VP of Business Development for Joget Workflow (2009-2011. As the Chief Executive Officer of Innov8tif, George doesn’t just steer the ship in the business strategy aspect, but always proves an effective communicator when it comes to people management.
