MR. LIM FANG HOW

Fang How Lim is a seasoned enterprise technology leader with over 25 years of experience driving revenue growth, market expansion, and business transformation across Asia Pacific. He has a strong track record of leading regional P&L operations, building high-performance teams, and executing go-to-market strategies in complex, high-growth environments. He currently serves as Vice President for Southeast Asia at Cloudwise, a company focused on AI Reliability for next-genera on AI infrastructure. Based in Singapore, Fang How was appointed to revitalize the company’s Southeast Asia business and drive growth. Fang How has deep expertise in enterprise technology domains including AI infrastructure, cloud transformation, SaaS, observability, and data center solutions. He has led strategic engagements with major financial institutions, government agencies, and large enterprises across the region, including DBS, OCBC, UOB, and key public sector organizations. Prior to Cloudwise, Fang How held senior leadership roles at NTT Data, SAP, Zebra Technologies, and EMC, where he consistently delivered strong revenue growth and market expansion. Notably, he grew regional revenue at Zebra Technologies from $65 million to over $80 million while leading the company’s transition toward IoT and enterprise solutions. Fang How began his career at Oracle, where he was recognized with the President’s Club award for outstanding performance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science (Honors) from the National University of Singapore. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Fang How is actively involved in community service and has held leadership roles in charitable organizations in Singapore. He is known for his ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, making him a trusted leader in scaling businesses and driving transformation in the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
