Malaysia. A certified ‘Train The Trainer’ with more than 30 years of leadership experience in multi-cultural environment at various industries such as Electrical & Electronics (R&D/Manufacturing), ICT, Constructions, Oil & Gas.

Strong people experience managing multi-faceted role HR such as Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Rewards and Industrial Relations in Motorola Solutions, Hewlett Packard, Seagate, Ranhill Berhad and MIMOS Berhad.

In 2023 he has assumed a new role in MIMOS Berhad as Director of Industry Services leading the Industrial Technology Innovation Centre (ITIC) in Kulim Hi Tech Park. He represents MIMOS Berhad in promoting strategic collaborations with industry players and universities in the northern region.

One of his primary focus is enhancing local E&E player’s competitiveness by adopting to MIMOS technologies and solutions and supporting the industry in leveraging MIMOS’s resources and expertise to strengthen Industry-ready talent pipeline in response to E&E ecosystem’s development & growth needs.
