Mr. Tindaro Danze

MR. TINDARO DANZE is the President and CEO of Siemens Malaysia. He is concurrently the Head of Digital Industries (DI) in Malaysia.

Prior to these appointments in January 2023, Tindaro was the Head of Global Sales for DI’s Digital Enterprise and Vertical Management, where he managed the company’s regional industrial digitalization units, enabled global digitalization projects, and managed Siemens’ industrial teams in 15 key industries.

His first assignment in Southeast Asia was with Siemens Indonesia from 2012 – 2016, where he was the Managing Director of the Medium and Low Voltage Drives Business. Under his leadership, Siemens became a leader in the Minerals and Fiber industry.

From 2016 – 2020, he was the Head of Digital Industries in Siemens Vietnam. He positioned Siemens as a thought leader in Industry 4.0 in Vietnam, and also formed numerous strategic alliances with the local industry associations.

Tindaro graduated from the University of Applied Science Mannheim with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He also holds a Master’s in Organizational & Business Psychology, and is a Certified Business & Life Coach.
