MR. WOOK LEE is pioneering the intersection of digital finance and sustainable development through transformative leadership across multiple platforms. As Co- CEO of Group KS and the EDENA, he is establishing next-generation Security

Token Offering (STO) infrastructure connecting ASEAN and European markets.

His landmark achievements include securing authorization for Cambodia’s first STO exchange (CTX) from the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) and developing the framework for Ukraine’s reconstruction financing through digital asset tokenization. These initiatives are creating new paradigms for cross-border investment and infrastructure development.

Beyond digital finance, Wook has established himself as a recognized leader in climate action through W Foundation, which served as an official partner of the UNFCCC (2019-2022) and continues as a climate neutrality advisory organization. He led the development of CCF-APAC (Carbon Credit Federation Asia Pacific) and successfully hosted the Global Climate Action Forum 2024 with over 800 global leaders in attendance.

His integrated approach connects financial innovation with environmental sustainability, creating mechanisms for capital deployment toward climate resilience and sustainable infrastructure across developing economies. By bridging traditional finance with blockchain technology, his work enables more efficient, transparent, and inclusive financial systems.

Through strategic partnerships with governments across Southeast Asia and Europe, Wook has built a comprehensive ecosystem that facilitates international collaboration on digital finance regulation, carbon markets, and sustainable development. His innovations in asset tokenization are establishing new frameworks for financing critical infrastructure while ensuring regulatory compliance and investor protection. Wook holds a Law degree from Hanyang University (South Korea) and serves on multiple international advisory boards focused on digital finance and sustainability. His work consistently emphasizes creating practical solutions that bridge East-West investment flows while addressing fundamental challenges in global development finance.
