Ms. Winnie Chan is the CEO and Co-Founder of Bynd Artisan, an experiential gifting concept which engages its audience in the process of creating the perfect personalised gift. As granddaughter to Singapore’s oldest book binder, Winnie achieved recognition and credit for business innovation in transforming a sunset industry in book binding and leather crafting into a highly coveted luxury retail brand.

An Economics graduate of UC Berkeley, Winnie spearheads Operational, Strategic Policies & Culture / Community Development while overseeing HR, Finance, Legal & Regulatory Compliance. She is most passionate about design and innovation and plays an active role in Bynd Artisan’s collaboration with creatives to create exclusive designers’ collections.

Winnie represented Singapore as a speaker at the 2017 APEC Women & the Economy Forum in Hue, Vietnam and at the 2020 ASEAN Confederation of Women’s Organisations (ACWO) sharing her thoughts on innovation & women entrepreneurship. She was nominated to represent Singapore at the 2020 APEC BEST Awards organised in Moscow, Russia where she won the International Attractiveness Award for Bynd Artisan.

Winnie is an active mentor at the prestigious Young Women Leaders Connection (YWLC) mentorship programme, which seeks to enhance potential young women leaders in their personal development and learning through a sustainable and fulfilling mentoring relationship.
