Born in August 1976, Mrs.Zhang Xiaoyan graduated from the Graduate School of Translation and Interpretation of Beijing Foreign Studies University with a master’s degree in English language and literature. She worked for the Foreign Affairs Department of the former Ministry of Information Industry (MIT) and the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), working as Principal Staff Member, Deputy Director and Director, specializing in bilateral and regional cooperation in industry and information technology sector between China and ASEAN, China and the US and among China, Japan and the Republic of Korea, China-Latin American Affairs.
She is currently the Vice President of CCID
