Nisha Paramjothi

Nisha Paramjothi is the Head of Digital Banking, Kearney, Singapore.

She has over 20 years of experience in banking, digital solutions and ecosystem platforms. She has structured, built as well as launched new ventures and DigiBanks across the region, with a focus on product proposition and customer journey. Prior to consulting, she
spent many years at CIMB’s Group Strategy driving their digital innovation and fintech partnerships.

She brings to the table a unique blend of strategy development and execution capabilities, enhanced with deep industry expertise.
Nisha holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree from the London School of Economics.
