Prof. Karen Morgan

President & CEO of RUMC, Karen Morgan is Professor of Health Psychology. She is a Fellow of the European Health Psychology Society, and a former President of the society. Karen is a Co-Editor of the journal Health Psychology and Behavioural Medicine.

In addition to health psychology, Karen has a background in Organisational
Psychology and has worked on a number of major government change projects in the UK and Ireland.

She has over 20 years of education experience including teaching and education
project management. She has been an external advisor, extremal examiner and auditor for a number of Universities internationally.
