Shanti Jusnita Johari is an experienced leader in the Malaysian telecommunications industry. With many years of experience in various strategic, commercial and operational roles, she has led business growth in consumer, SME and enterprise market segments.
In 2021, Shanti was appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Telekom Malaysia (TM). She is responsible for brand, marketing and transforming customer experience. Her portfolio includes developing TM’s digital and analytics capabilities. Shanti is a Board member of the DAMA chapter in Malaysia.
Prior to joining TM, Shanti was Head of Enterprise Marketing & Product at Maxis, and in 2019, she was appointed Chief Customer Experience & Digital at Celcom Axiata Berhad.
With a deep passion for meaningful customer experiences, she drives transformative programs that include business strategy, mindset shifts and cultural change.
