Lead in the development of a triple bottom line framework and Sustainable Development strategy in addressing sustainability factors in investment portfolios using the global ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) framework. Developed a sustainability adjusted valuation methodology to assess return on investment indicators beyond pure financial returns. Implemented corporate sustainability programmes with a focus on human capital and education.

Chief Operating Officer, Mercy Malaysia — 2003-2009
Build a national NGO into a global humanitarian organisation responding to natural disasters and human conflict through a total disaster risk management approach. Served in humanitarian missions in Sudan, Iran, Sri Lanka and Indonesia.
