- First woman in Malaysia that held the position of Penang Port Commission Chairman. Revived the abundant project of Port Swettenham Cruise terminal and brought in Star cruise and others which generate economy income RM20 million yearly for Penang
- First woman elected 3 terms as Jawi Assemblyman and secured grant of 220 million to solve all traffic congestion, flood, drainage, facilities, infrastructures issues
- Penang Prison counselor for 38 years helping women inmates.

LEADERSHIP
